Sparta wanted to introduce their new ION bicycle to the Netherlands. They needed a video to kick off their meetings and instill a sense of pride in the workmanship and production of the bike for all their resellers and dealerships.

Together with True ideas I came up with making a 21st century version of a Bert Haanstra documentary. A Sparta bike factory, focussing on the dynamic, rhythmic process of making an Ion bike.

The soundtrack was composed by sounds recorded on set.
